What should I know about Valley Life?

Our Sunday services last a little over an hour, and consist mainly of teaching from the Bible, followed by singing that reflects what has been taught. We keep a casual atmosphere and have fun as we go, so come as you are.

We are small network of community churches, each with its own pastor and leaders, but with a common culture and resources. Now may be a good time to check which is closest to you in to location menu above.

Valley Life Arrowhead currently meets at Arrowhead Elementary School on the corner of 75th Ave and Union Hills. Sunday morning service is held at 10:30am. There is ample parking in front of the school. Just follow the signs!

We have care and classes available for nursery through 5th grade. Children are grouped by similar age and will get a snack, craft time, and teaching that is on the same Scripture as the main service – just a version that is at their level. Later in the service, grade school children join the main service for our worship through music. All of our teachers are trained and background checked to ensure the safety of the children in their care.

Nothing, just show up. We dress casual, and we act normal. We are happy to have you as our guest, and we want to make sure that you feel as welcome as you possibly can. It would be nice if you let us know who you are and if you had a good time, but that’s about all we need for now. If you’re bringing kids for the first time, it might be a good idea to come 5-10 minutes early to get them entered into our check-in system, or use the link below to register before you come.

While Sunday morning services are often people's first introduction to Valley Life, we don't make it the focal point of our church. Rather than a starting point for the week, our services are celebration of what is happening throughout the week in our community groups. Those groups meet in homes all around the valley, and are where people are really connected to a community. If that sounds like a bit much, please know that you're welcome to simply come visit on Sunday and see what it is that we are celebrating.

If you’ve visited Valley Life and want to get the big picture of who we are, what we believe, and why we do the things that we do, your best step is our monthly Newcomers Dessert. You can meet our leaders in an informal setting, hear our church vision, and ask any questions that you want to ask. You can find more info on the dessert here.
